You can call it pao de queijo, pan de bono, cunape, chipa, or even cheese bread or cheese rolls: yubuns® are inspired by the most popular South American snack.

Made from real cheese and yuca starch - pronounced as you-ka, also known as cassava, manioc, or mandioca,  yubuns® are simple, fun, and ready to bake.  Try one!

Ingredients: yuca starch, low moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese (pasteurized part skim milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), powdered cellulose (to prevent caking), natamycin (a natural mold inhibitor)., whole milk (vitamin d3), liquid eggs, whole, water, parmesan cheese (pasteurized part-skim milk, cheese cultures, salt, microbial rennet), sunflower oil, sea salt

Contains eggs and milk.

Made in a gluten-free facility that also processes soy and nuts. 

LOCAL DELIVERY: We delivery on Mondays thru Fridays between 5:00pm - 9:00pm. Orders cut off time is at 6:00pm on the day before.

Must keep frozen upon delivery.
